Front of House positions at a franchised McAlister’s Deli location include the following roles:

Busser

• Prepares the dining room for guests by cleaning tables and chairs.
• Maintains table settings by removing plates as completed and staying alert to guest spills or other special needs.
• Cleans chairs and tables, sweeps floors, removes trash, and cleans up spills to keep the dining room tidy.
• Protects the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
• Performs other duties as requested by management.

Food Runner

• Delivers orders to guests in the dining room and ensures they have what they need.
• Refills drinks and responds to guest requests after the food has been delivered.
• Protects the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
• Performs other duties as requested by management.
