About the role
This job posting is for a Restaurant Customer Service Team Member position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Jason's Deli Corporate. The independent franchisee is responsible for all employment-related matters in the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize work tasks while anticipating customers’ needs
- Cook and prepare food items according to recipes and standards
- Coordinate with co-workers to ensure an out-of-this-world dining experience
- Maintain an organized system to keep track of multiple take out and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the deli and dining room while following sanitation guidelines
