At Biscuit Love, we serve Breakfast for Good®-a meal that’s as much about people as it is about biscuits. We don’t just serve breakfast; we set the tone for someone’s day. Our Front of House team plays a key role in that, delivering warm, polished, and consistently excellent experiences from the first hello to the final goodbye.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, focused guest service across various customer-facing roles
• Stay proactive, communicative, and solutions-minded to support your team
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation
• Collaborate with Back of House to ensure a seamless service experience
• Handle pressure with poise-especially during high-volume brunch shifts
• Be open to feedback, learning, and long-term growth within our culture of hospitality

• Strong interpersonal skills and a hospitality-first mindset
• Positive energy with a calm, professional demeanor
• A sharp eye for detail and pride in consistency
• Comfort working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
• Weekend and peak-time availability
• A desire to be part of a workplace grounded in care, clarity, and excellence
