About the role

A Front End Supervisor at Fiesta Mart is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front end operations within the Houston Bellaire Store. This includes enforcing company policies and procedures related to cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Enforce company policies and procedures regarding cash handling for the front end of the store.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
• Train and mentor team members to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Perform basic cashiering duties as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory role is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
