About the role

Under the Store Director’s supervision, a Front End Supervisor is responsible for all front-end operations in a fast-paced grocery store environment.

Responsibilities

• Enforce company policies and procedures regarding cash handling for the front end of the store.
• Oversee front-end operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling for extended periods.
• Visual and auditory acuity necessary for the role.
