About the role

Responsibilities

  • Enforce company policies and procedures regarding cash handling for the front end of the store.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the front end, including stocking shelves, restocking, and managing inventory.
  • Manage cash transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Supervise and train team members to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Director.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail or a similar field.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and cash register operations.
