Front End Supervisor/Department Area Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of Store Operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Ensures that Company Standards and Expectations are met.
• Executes business plan to deliver desired sales and profit.
• Maintains good quality Customer Service.
• Affords assistance in recruiting, training, and developing Associates.
• Drives shortage control programs to deliver desired shortage results.

Qualifications And Special Skills Required

• At least 2 years of management experience in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop Associates.
• Highly developed organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Exercise considerable independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts.
• Must be able to move around all areas of the store.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of all non-exempt employees.

Pay

Up to $18.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Evening shift.
• Day shift.
• Weekend availability.
