About the role

The Forward Engineering Team at Candid is seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will focus on developing cutting-edge solutions to streamline medical billing processes and enhance patient care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
• Design and implement new features and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Work closely with the product management and design teams to ensure alignment and consistency across projects
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in software development or a related field
• Strong understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Experience with database systems and data modeling
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
