Front End Software Engineer

You’ll Be Doing

• Contribute to Candid Health’s product development.
• Ensure UX consistency across various pages/components within the Candid app.
• Interact closely with current and prospective customers, understanding their pain points, and developing solutions.
• Play a critical role in shaping engineering and company culture.
• Ensure the use of relevant front-end libraries and tooling.
• Build tooling and improvements for front-end dev ops.
• Ensure front-end profiling and monitoring.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Software Engineering position.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, React, TypeScript, and API development.
• Experience with server-side rendering, GraphQL, Tailwind, Firebase, and Codegen is a plus.
• Great instincts around UX/Design.
• Take pride in your work and balance perfectionism with pragmatism.
• Have a learner's mindset and enjoy teaching others.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Clear and concise communicator, able to explain complex ideas simply.

Pay Transparency

• The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 USD.
• This range is a guideline based on Pave data and may vary based on individual qualifications, experience, and other factors.
• Total compensation includes base salary, equity, sales incentives (if applicable), and benefits.
