Pay
Hourly wage: $18 – $31 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

About the Role
Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet, and thank customers; process returns and refunds; carry out financial transactions; and stand ready to help with customer questions and needs. The role may require standing for long periods.
