- Hourly wage: $19 – $32 per hour (actual rate equals or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location)
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premium pay: $0.35 – $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed); multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met

About the Role
Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns and refunds, and carry out financial transactions. Always ready to help with customer questions and needs, this role may require standing for long periods of time.
