Front End Service Team Associate

About the role

Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns / refunds, and carry out financial transactions. Always ready to help with customer questions and needs, this role may require standing for long periods of time.

Pay

Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour (rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.

Schedule

Part‑time position. Available shifts: Mid‑Shift, Closing.
