Pay
- Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour (actual rate equals or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location)
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, or work performed); multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met

Responsibilities
- Smile, greet, and thank customers
- Process returns and refunds
- Carry out financial transactions
- Assist with customer questions and needs
- Maintain compliance and customer service standards
- Stand for long periods as required
