Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers
• Manage and assist front-end operations, including:
  • Scanning items
  • Entering pricing data
  • Processing payment
  • Packaging groceries
• Resolve any checkout concerns
• Handle bookkeeping and payroll processing
• Coach, mentor, and train front-end staff
• Schedule front-end staff
• Hire and train front-end staff
• Assist the Operations Manager in other assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent experience
• One or more years' experience with payroll, scheduling, and all aspects of bookkeeping
• Prior team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of retail operations
• Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Pay

$24.50–$29.13 per hour. The actual rate offered may depend on skills, knowledge, expertise, experience, and internal equity.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Stores operate 7 days a week, 6:00 AM–10:00 PM
• Scheduled shifts will fall within 6:00 AM–10:00 PM
