About the role

This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges. Our vision is to make AWS Marketplace the one stop shop for buying and selling software.

Responsibilities

  • Own significant portions of the product and influence strategy by helping define the next wave of product features and system architecture.
  • Build innovative buyer experiences—from traditional search and discovery interfaces to agentic AI driven systems—that delight customers and transform how they find and procure solutions on AWS Marketplace.
  • Work on complex systems, be customer‑centric, and be passionate about building quality software and achieving operational excellence.
  • Demonstrate commitment to teamwork, hustle, and strong communication skills (to both business and technical partners).

Requirements

  • 2+ years of non‑internship professional front‑end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
  • 1+ years of computer science fundamentals (object‑oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis).
  • Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of agile software development methodology experience.

Skills

  • Experience with common front‑end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node.
  • Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React.

Pay

  • Base salary range: $143,700.
