Front-End Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement user interfaces for TSSC applications and analytical tools
• Developing and maintaining user-facing features using modern front-end technologies
• Ensuring the technical feasibility of Ul/UX designs and translating them into high-quality code
• Create interactive data visualization components for technical security data
• Create responsive web applications for field use by TSSC personnel
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility
• Implement user authentication and authorization interfaces
• Ensure compliance with security requirements for classified environments
• Cook up with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with APIs
• Optimize application performance and usability for technical security operations
• Provide technical leadership for junior front-end developers
• Document front-end architecture, components, and interfaces
• Conduct usability testing and implement improvements based on user feedback

Requirements

• Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field; Minimum of 8 years of experience in front-end development; Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue); Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles; Experience developing applications for secure environments; Experience with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn; Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization; Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling; Understanding of web security best practices; Experience with data visualization libraries and techniques; Active TS with eligibility with SCI
• Desired Qualifications: Experience working with classified systems and security requirements; Knowledge of UX/UI design principles for technical applications; Experience with technical data visualization; Understanding of TSSC operations and requirements; Experience with secure authentication methods; Proficiency with TypeScript; Experience with front-end testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright; In-depth knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG) standards; Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or Vuex; Experience with GraphQL; Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation (SSG) frameworks

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $150,000.00 to $195,000.00 (annualized USD) based on years of experience.
