Front-End Developer

Overview Hooked is hiring a Front-End Developer to build the surfaces customers spend their day in — the calling workspace, dashboards, and AI assistant UI. You will work closely with design and product to ship interfaces that feel fast, polished, and unmistakably Hooked. This role is a fit for engineers who love the front-end as a craft and want their work to be the thing customers actually touch. What You'll Do Build new product features in React, Next.js, and TypeScriptTranslate Figma designs into pixel-accurate, accessible interfacesImprove performance, animation, and interaction quality across the appPartner with designers on motion, micro-interactions, and component patternsMaintain and grow the design system What We're Looking For 3+ years building production front-end applicationsStrong with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and modern CSS (Tailwind a plus)A clear eye for layout, typography, and motionCare about accessibility and keyboard/screen reader supportExperience working from Figma designs at production fidelity Nice to Have Experience with Framer Motion, GSAP, or web animation librariesFamiliarity with design system tooling (Storybook, Radix, etc.)Background in design or motion Why This Role Work on the surfaces customers see and use every dayTight collaboration with design — you'll co-own the look and feelPlenty of room to shape the front-end stack and conventions
