Responsibilities
- Maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers
- Administer Red Hat virtual machines (KVM) and containers (Docker/Podman)
- Develop software applications in Python, ReactJS, and TypeScript/JavaScript on Red Hat Linux platforms
- Automate tasks using Bash or Ansible
- Maintain source code in software repositories (Git)
- Assist subject matter experts with software engineering change requests (ECR) and software installation documentation
- Research and resolve software trouble reports impacting application functionality
- Ensure compliance with applicable Department of Defense (DoD) guidelines for IT system security, specifically STIG compliance
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must currently possess and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Level Security Clearance
- Experience developing applications using Python, ReactJS, and TypeScript/JavaScript
- Background in User Interface Design / HFI
- Experience developing solutions on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers
- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple goals and priorities
