Front End Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable front-end applications using React and related technologies.
• Collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional team to deliver projects from concept to completion.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code, adhering to best practices.
• Optimize application performance for speed and responsiveness.
• Contribute to design and architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional front-end development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in React and modern JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with Redux for state management.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team.

Skills

• Additional skills that would be beneficial include experience with other JavaScript frameworks, familiarity with cloud services, and a background in advertising technology.

Pay

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $64.00 - $65.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
