Responsibilities

  • Create positive customer interactions and promote loyalty programs
  • Train and mentor Associates on customer service and front end principles
  • Assign registers, support POS coverage, and coordinate breaks
  • Address customer concerns promptly and ensure task execution according to store plans
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members on priorities
  • Support store goals including shrink reduction and safety initiatives
  • Promote safety awareness and uphold policies and procedures

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1+ year retail experience and 6+ months leadership experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a team
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends
