Responsibilities
- Create positive customer interactions and promote loyalty programs
- Train and mentor Associates on customer service and front end principles
- Assign registers, support POS coverage, and coordinate breaks
- Address customer concerns promptly and ensure task execution according to store plans
- Communicate effectively with management and team members on priorities
- Support store goals including shrink reduction and safety initiatives
- Promote safety awareness and uphold policies and procedures
Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ year retail experience and 6+ months leadership experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a team
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
