Front Desk Wellness Coordinator - Denton, TX
About the Role
The Wellness Coordinator is a key team member responsible for delivering excellent patient experiences, driving membership sales, and maintaining clinic operations. This role offers part-time flexibility with weekday, weekend, morning, and evening shifts available.
Responsibilities
- Provide a great patient experience for prospective and existing members to meet sales goals
- Greet members and patients upon arrival and check them in for appointments
- Answer phone calls and re-engage inactive members
- Stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions
- Support team goals and maintain positive relationships with team members
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and workspace organization
- Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages
- Communicate member concerns to management and follow clinic policies
- Educate patients on wellness offerings and services
- Manage patient flow through the clinic in an organized manner
- Participate in marketing and sales opportunities to attract new patients
- Complete transactions using point-of-sale software and ensure accurate patient accounts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong phone and computer skills
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Office management or marketing experience a plus
- Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Bilingual ability is a plus

Pay
Salary range: $14 - $16 per hour, based on experience. Bonus potential available.
