Front Desk / Studio Assistant Responsibilities

Requirements

• Customer service oriented

• Absolutely must have basic computer skills (Word, GMAIL, Google Drive)
• Ability to multitask
• Must be outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
• Must be an excellent organizer, able to work autonomously, and problem solver
• Detail oriented
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends
• ONE weekend day is required

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred
• Mindybody Salon Software experience a plus
• Cricut Maker knowledge - Experience is a plus
• Canva Pro knowledge - Experience is a plus
• MindBody Salon Software knowledge - Experience is a plus
