About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing front desk operations.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions.
- Managing inventory and ensuring supplies are restocked as needed.
- Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
