Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and positive environment, responding promptly to member needs, and ensuring every guest has a professional and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities
- Check members and playground attendees in
- Answer phones
- Sell memberships and process membership changes
- Give facility tours
- Wash, dry, and fold towels
- Greet members upon arrival and departure
- Take payments
- Sell retail products
- Operate the smoothie bar
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Customer service experience preferred
