We're looking for a friendly, organized and confident Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our lash salon! Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into bookings
• Follow up on leads quickly and confidently
• Sell memberships and retail
• Create an exceptional first impression for every guest

Requirements

• Previous work experience in Front Desk, Sales or Retail, preferably in spa/salon/fitness/hotels/service industry
• Great with people and enjoys interacting with customers
• Exceptional customer service skills (in-person and over the phone)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Can work weekends and evenings
• Has a flexible schedule to pick up shifts as needed
• Enjoys talking on the phone
• Naturally personable and persuasive
• Likes performance-based pay
• Wants control over how much they earn

Pay

Hourly base + commission + bonuses; typical earnings: $13–$1
