We are looking for a personable and dependable, part-time Front Desk Coordinator to support daily office operations for a healthcare organization in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a long-term contract opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Welcome members, guests, and visitors, provide assistance at reception, and ensure a courteous and efficient front desk experience.
- Maintain and update office records accurately, including vaccination-related documentation, while protecting sensitive information.
- Monitor inventory levels for office materials and replenish supplies to keep day-to-day operations running efficiently.
- Arrange, organize, and restore conference room spaces before and after meetings to support a well-maintained office environment.
- Complete administrative support tasks such as filing, scanning, document organization, and data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Work closely with team members to follow established office practices and support compliance with organizational procedures.
- Assist management and staff with additional clerical and operational duties as needed.
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking individuals when business needs require bilingual support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a reception, front desk, or administrative support position is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and attentive first impression.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to conduct business in Spanish.
- Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
- High level of attention to detail, reliability, and a positive approach to daily interactions.
- Ability to handle confidential records and sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency with basic clerical tasks, including data entry, scanning, and file management.
