Front Desk Coordinator - Part-time

About the role

The Joint Chiropractic - St Augustine is seeking a part-time Wellness Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone with at least one year of sales or customer-facing experience who is passionate about health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and new patients and create a warm, professional first impression
• Present and sell wellness memberships and visit packages with confidence
• Guide patients through check-in and manage clinic flow efficiently
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries about services, pricing, and memberships
• Re-engage lapsed members and follow up on open leads
• Educate patients on the benefits of regular chiropractic care
• Support local marketing efforts and community outreach events
• Keep the clinic clean, organized, and patient-ready at all times
• Keep management informed of patient concerns and member feedback

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales, retail, or customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Comfortable using point-of-sale software and basic computer tools
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine interest in health, wellness, and helping others
• A team player who brings positive energy to every shift
• Marketing or community outreach experience is a plus

Qualifications

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone with proven experience in sales or customer service.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
