Front Desk Sales Associate
The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. We create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes.
About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and sales-focused Front Desk Sales Associate to drive day-to-day salon operations with accuracy and efficiency, grow revenue through lead conversion, membership conversion, package sales, and provide an excellent customer experience to every guest.
Responsibilities
- Manage bookings, appointment details, and guest communications
- Convert incoming leads into new appointments
- Convert lash extension customers into new members
- Sell "Buy 3, Get 1 Free" service packages
- Give every guest an enthusiastic welcome and provide extraordinary customer service
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
Requirements
- 1+ years administrative, sales, and service experience in a salon business
- Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills
- Strong partnership mindset with owners and stylist team
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with MindBody Software is a plus
- Ability to work 3-4 shifts per week Monday-Saturday (17-20 hours/week)

Pay
Hourly pay is tiered based on number of new memberships and "buy 3, get 1 free" packages sold: $16/hr, $18/hr, or $20/hr.
Training

Whether new or experienced, you’ll receive both intensive theory-based and hands-on education to further your professional career. Our curriculum is highly regarded industry-wide, focusing on beautiful, consistent results and the safety of our guests.
