About the role
The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. The primary responsibility is to gain memberships in order to meet sales goals, with daily bonus potential.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and patients upon arrival
- Check members and patients in to see the Chiropractor
- Answer phone calls
- Re-engage inactive members
- Stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions
- Recognize and support team goals while maintaining positive relationships with team members
- Maintain cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
- Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages
- Keep management apprised of member concerns and follow manager’s policies, procedures, and direction
- Accept constructive criticism positively and use it as a learning tool
- Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time

Schedule
- Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 10am-4pm
- Part-time and full-time positions available
- Paid lunch breaks
Pay
$15/hr + bonus
