Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our Houston office. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and callers while supporting administrative tasks that keep daily operations organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and assist with meeting coordination
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization

Qualifications

  • Minimum requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar software)
