The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to help people achieve their health and wellness goals while advancing your career.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every patient
- Welcome and check in patients for their appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Education patients about chiropractic care, memberships, wellness packages, and current promotions
- Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages
- Meet and exceed membership and sales goals
- Re-engage inactive members through follow-up communication
- Affiliate with marketing and community outreach initiatives to attract new patients
- Maintain accurate patient accounts using our point-of-sale software
- Keep the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support your team while maintaining a positive and professional work environment
- Communicate patient concerns to management and follow established policies and procedures
- Embrace feedback, continuously learn, and seek opportunities for professional growth

Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish speaking (preferred)
- Strong leadership potential
- Positive attitude and willingness to be coached
- 1+ year of experience in a healthcare practice, medical office, or hospital
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Inventory management experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Passion for delivering outstanding patient service
Benefits
Compensation: $30,000–$36,000 annually + Performance Bonuses
