About the role

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to help people achieve their health and wellness goals while advancing your career.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to every patient
  • Welcome and check in patients for their appointments
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Education patients about chiropractic care, memberships, wellness packages, and current promotions
  • Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages
  • Meet and exceed membership and sales goals
  • Re-engage inactive members through follow-up communication
  • Affiliate with marketing and community outreach initiatives to attract new patients
  • Maintain accurate patient accounts using our point-of-sale software
  • Keep the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Support your team while maintaining a positive and professional work environment
  • Communicate patient concerns to management and follow established policies and procedures
  • Embrace feedback, continuously learn, and seek opportunities for professional growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish speaking (preferred)
  • Strong leadership potential
  • Positive attitude and willingness to be coached
  • 1+ year of experience in a healthcare practice, medical office, or hospital
  • Previous sales or customer service experience
  • Inventory management experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
  • Passion for delivering outstanding patient service

Benefits

Compensation: $30,000–$36,000 annually + Performance Bonuses
