Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and staff. Conducts administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling insurance claims.

Responsibilities

  • Welcomes patients and greets them courteously
  • Schedules appointments and manages patient records
  • Processes insurance claims and handles billing inquiries
  • Ensures the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Communicates effectively with patients and colleagues

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Qualifications

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
