Responsibilities
- Greet office visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Aid with scheduling and administrative support tasks
- Help manage caregiver and client files
- Support hiring and onboarding processes as needed
- Perform data entry and office organization
- Maintain and respond to emails
- Ensure a clean and welcoming office environment
- Provide general support to the office team
Qualifications
- Previous office, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computers, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
Pay
Ranges from $15-$18/hour
Schedule
Office Hours: 9:00AM - 5:30PM
