About the role
The role involves providing administrative support to the front desk team, handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate personnel
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the right department
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Processing payments and handling petty cash transactions
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Qualifications
- One to two years of administrative experience
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
