We are looking for a Front Office Coordinator who is passionate about helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that every patient interaction matters.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting every patient with professionalism, warmth, and empathy
  • Checking patients in and out efficiently
  • Verifying insurance and collecting co-pays and balances
  • Answering multi-line phones with exceptional customer service
  • Scheduling new and follow-up appointments
  • Cooking provider schedules and maintaining appointment accuracy
  • Maintaining accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Communicating with attorneys, employers, adjusters, referral sources, and other healthcare providers when appropriate
  • Aiding patients with questions regarding appointments and clinic processes
  • Helping maintain smooth clinic flow by working closely with providers, medical assistants, care coordinators, and leadership
  • Keeping the reception area organized, welcoming, and professional
  • Supporting clinic initiatives and helping wherever needed to ensure exceptional patient care

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Minimum 2 years of front office or medical receptionist experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Experience with personal injury, workers’ compensation, or family medicine
  • EMR experience (eClinicalWorks preferred)
  • Insurance verification experience
  • Medical terminology knowledge
