Responsibilities
- Answer phones and schedule massage and facial appointments
- Check guests in and out accurately
- Explain membership benefits and confidently ask for the sale
- Sell spa memberships and meet individual sales goals
- Recommend services, enhancements, and retail products
- Call and text guests to book appointments
- Confirm appointments and quickly fill cancellations
- Encourage guests to prebook their next visit
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk
- Support massage therapists and estheticians during busy shifts
- Booking appointments and helping keep the schedule full
- Encourage prebooking, upgrades, and retail sales
- Provide an excellent guest experience
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- Work well with the front desk and service provider teams
Qualifications
- Comfortable recommending services and asking for the sale
- Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Comfortable using computers, appointment software, and point-of-sale systems
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts
- Spa, fitness, hotel, medical office, retail, or wellness experience is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
