What Work You Will Be Responsible For

  • Greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Aiding clients in finding their way around the office.
  • Announcing clients as necessary.
  • Aiding with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, scanning, faxing, collating, sending outgoing certified mail, FedEx, and taking notes.
  • Sorting and distributing mail and deliveries when received; and notifying staff about incoming packages.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • AgilQuest Concierge; help with a variety of system override situations.
  • Aiding with room reservations, maintaining a desk reservation waitlist, and notifying employees when space becomes available.
  • Cooking room scheduling and ensuring spaces remain clean, organized, and ready for use.
  • Maintaining the order of the kitchen, coffee machines, and other appliances, as well as ordering supplies for the kitchen.
  • Supporting high-level partners, managers, and staff.
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents.
  • Aiding colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Supporting the Finance Department with daily deposits of checks received in office for EisnerAmper.

Basic Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma with a minimum of two years’ experience as a receptionist in a professional setting.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Service or hospitality experience preferred, as this role serves as a key point of contact for office-related requests.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow through on pending open tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and Teams.
  • Able to balance multiple priorities and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines.
  • Able to quickly adapt to changing client and business dynamics.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills.
