Front Desk Receptionist

Position Overview

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll help keep daily office operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service and support to our patients and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional attitude
• Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to patient inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records
• Manage emails and front office communication
• Cook up with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth patient flow
• Handle confidential patient information with professionalism and care

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience in reception, retail, hospitality, or similar roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic administrative skills including scheduling, data entry, and phone handling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Dentrix or similar systems is a plus
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
