A friendly, detail-oriented Patient Service Representative is needed for a part-time evening position at a therapist-owned physical therapy practice in Bryn Mawr, PA.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and make them feel at ease when they arrive
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and verify insurance benefits
- Absorb patient paperwork and collect payments as needed
- Support therapists with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Keep the front desk and waiting area organized and inviting
- Deliver excellent customer service to patients and team members
