About the role

The Front Desk Patient Advocate (FDPA) serves as the face of the clinic and plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily clinic operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting patients and families with warmth and professionalism
  • Onboarding new patients and guiding families through the intake process
  • Managing and coordinating patient treatment schedules
  • Supporting billing processes and assisting with payment collection
  • Collaborating with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of front desk or receptionist experience preferred
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to pass a background check

Physical Demands

This role involves typical office-related activities, including sitting, standing, walking, using standard office equipment, and viewing computer or mobile device screens.
