Front Desk Night Audit Clerk

About the role

The Night Audit Clerk position serves as the primary point of contact for the Resort’s onsite and offsite guests in the late evening and early morning. The Associate strives to provide the highest level of customer service to maintain a warm, inviting, and guest-focused atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for Resort guests
• Aid with check-in/check-out procedures
• Respond to phone and email inquiries
• Aid with reconciliation of Resort accounts
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Customer service skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Maintain a general understanding of accounting principles

Qualifications

• Prior customer service/guest relations experience is preferred
• Prior Night Audit experience is preferred
• A general understanding of accounting principles is preferred
