We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Front Desk Manager to oversee the Front Office at Hotel Terra, located in stunning Jackson Hole, WY. This role is ideal for a hospitality and sales professional passionate about contributing to the growth and success of our distinguished properties while enjoying the breathtaking scenery and vibrant community of Jackson.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Front Office responsibilities, maintaining high standards in internal and external service.
• Embrace and promote the Hotel Terra service culture.
• Foster unity and teamwork within the Front Office department.
• Actively participate in Front Office operations, including check-in, check-out, and reservations.
• Communicate with guests in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
• Manage the Front Office team to maximize guest experience, exceed expectations, and efficiently complete daily objectives.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar-sized hotel (132 rooms) and leading a team of 12.
• Full-service hotel experience, preferably in an upscale independent hotel.
• Strong skills in hiring, training, and coaching team members to deliver top-notch guest service.
• Dependable, organized, and possess a positive, can-do mindset.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and feedback to support personal and professional growth.
