About the role

This customer service position keeps our shop running smoothly by answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and taking messages for staff. You’ll speak with customers about their desired services, provide pricing information, and upsell treatments or products when possible. Responsibilities include generating quotes, estimating wait times, and assisting with general cleaning duties to maintain a positive, seamless retail environment.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain confidentiality
