Position Requirements

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to live on-site and be available as needed
  • Willingness to relocate to Seaside Heights, NJ

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally
  • Answer phone calls and manage reservations
  • Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with front office personnel
  • Ensure all team members are attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, and fellow employees
  • Review Front Office log book and guest feedback forms daily
  • Review daily front office activity reports generated by Night Audit
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
