Position Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to live on-site and be available as needed
- Willingness to relocate to Seaside Heights, NJ
Roles & Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally
- Answer phone calls and manage reservations
- Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with front office personnel
- Ensure all team members are attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, and fellow employees
- Review Front Office log book and guest feedback forms daily
- Review daily front office activity reports generated by Night Audit
- Perform other duties as requested by management
