Front Desk Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Front Desk Manager (single individual or couple) to oversee daily front office operations at our property in Seaside Heights, NJ. This is a live-in position, and accommodation is provided. The ideal candidate must be willing to relocate and be present on-site. Our peak season runs from May through September. Training will be provided if necessary.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to live on-site and be available as needed
• Willingness to relocate to Seaside Heights, NJ

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally
• Answer phone calls and manage reservations
• Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with front office personnel
• Ensure all team members are attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, and fellow employees
• Review Front Office log book and guest feedback forms daily
• Review daily front office activity reports generated by Night Audit
• Perform other duties as requested by management
