Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent services to members and patients.
  • Greet members and patients upon arrival and check them in to see the Chiropractor.
  • Answer phone calls and engage with members and patients.
  • Re-engage inactive members and stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organize the workspace.
  • Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages.
  • Communicate effectively with members and patients and manage the flow of patients through the clinic.
  • Support team goals and create positive relationships with team members.
  • Be willing to learn and grow, accept constructive criticism, and uphold The Joint Chiropractic's core values.

Requirements

  • Driven to climb the company ladder.
  • Possess a winning attitude.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate.
  • Have strong phone and computer skills.
  • Have at least one year of previous Sales Experience.
  • Participate in marketing/sales opportunities to help attract new patients into our clinics.
  • Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
  • Educate Patients on wellness offerings and services.
  • Share personal Chiropractic experience and stories.
  • Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
  • Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and patients.
  • Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • One year of previous Sales Experience.
  • Strong phone and computer skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
  • Accept constructive criticism in a positive manner.

Benefits

Medical benefits are offered, and compensation includes a base salary of $14 - $16/hr with commission.

Pay

$14 - $16/hr including commission

Schedule

Alternating Saturdays required

The Joint Corp. is a franchisor of clinics and an operator of clinics in certain states. In other states, The Joint Corp. and its franchisees provide management services to affiliated professional chiropractic practices.
