About the role

At The Joint Chiropractic, we provide world-class service to every patient and are seeking a driven individual to join our team. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive pay ranging from $12 - $15/hr, plus bonus potential. Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent services to members and patients.
  • Gain memberships to meet sales goals.
  • Greet members and patients upon arrival.
  • Check members and patients in to see the Chiropractor.
  • Answer phone calls and re-engage inactive members.
  • Stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organize the workspace.
  • Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages.
  • Keep management informed of member concerns and follow their policies, procedures, and direction.
  • Willing to learn and grow, accepting constructive criticism.
  • Office management or marketing experience a plus.
  • Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

  • Driven to climb the company ladder.
  • Possess a winning attitude.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate.
  • Have strong phone and computer skills.
  • Have at least one year of previous sales experience.
  • Participate in marketing/sales opportunities to attract new patients.
  • Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
  • Educate patients on wellness offerings and services.
  • Share personal Chiropractic experience and stories.
  • Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
  • Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and patients.
  • Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • One year of previous sales experience.
  • Strong phone and computer skills.
  • Confidence in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Schedule

  • Weekdays and weekends
  • Closed for lunch from 2:00-2:45 PM Monday through Friday
  • Full shifts required (work from open to close)
