Responsibilities
- Gain memberships to meet sales goals
- Greet patients upon arrival and engage them to enhance the patient experience
- Confirm accounts, handle payments, and guide patients to their chiropractor
- Answer phone calls with a positive attitude
- Engage and recommit inactive members
- Maintain knowledge of membership options and promotions
- Contribute to team goals and maintain respectful relationships
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinic
- Present and sell Wellness Plans confidently
- Communicate with management about member concerns and follow policies and procedures
- Continuously seek to learn and grow professionally
- Able to stand and/or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong phone and computer skills
- One year of previous sales experience
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage patient flow
