Responsibilities
- Greets and welcomes patients and visitors with a warm smile and efficient check-in process.
- Ensures patient satisfaction and optimizes provider time by managing appointments and scheduling.
- Maintains on-time patient flow and communicates patient arrivals to clinicians.
- Processes incoming faxes and accurately enters data into the EMR system.
- Generates reports and maintains patient records with accuracy.
- Assists patients during therapy sessions, applies treatments, and educates them on proper techniques.
- Maintains a clean and organized treatment area by performing light cleaning duties.
- Supports clinic operations by preparing treatment rooms and handling supply inventory.
- Communicates with physicians and hospitals to obtain necessary information and updates.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of medical office experience preferred, with EMR system familiarity.
- One year of experience in a customer service-oriented role.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- Ability to observe and record patient conditions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Pay
