The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and staff. This position ensures smooth operations by managing check-in/check-out processes, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures for guests
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Ensure accurate billing and payment processing
- Support other departments as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
